General Terms and Conditions

This is a draft English version of the general terms page. The legally binding version should be reviewed and replaced by the site owner before publication.

Scope

These terms are intended for business customers, legal entities under public law, and special public-law funds. Conflicting or deviating customer terms apply only if Saxony Beauty Technology GmbH confirms them in writing.

Documents and Intellectual Property

Documents, calculations, drawings, and other materials provided in connection with an order remain the property of Saxony Beauty Technology GmbH and may not be shared with third parties without written consent.

Prices and Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, prices, payment terms, delivery conditions, and taxes are defined individually in the relevant offer, contract, or invoice. Late payment may result in default interest and further claims according to applicable law.

Delivery and Risk Transfer

Delivery periods depend on the timely fulfillment of customer obligations. Partial deliveries may be permitted. If goods are shipped at the customer's request, risk transfers to the customer when the goods are handed over for shipment.

Retention of Title

Delivered goods remain the property of Saxony Beauty Technology GmbH until all claims under the relevant delivery contract have been fully settled.

Warranty and Maintenance

Warranty rights require proper inspection, timely reporting of defects, correct use, and compliance with the operating and maintenance instructions. Damage caused by improper handling, mechanical impact, unauthorized opening, missed maintenance, or foreign objects entering the device is excluded from warranty coverage.

Advertising and Legal Notices

The customer is responsible for using advertising materials in compliance with applicable competition, regulatory, and local laws.

Applicable Law

The legal relationship is governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
