Unlike rotational Compression & Vibration, VibraWave distributes mechanical stimulation through wave-pattern vibration across a broader contact surface.

VibraWave - wave-based mechanical stimulation
In 2025, Saxony Beauty Technology GmbH expanded the Stratosphere platform with VibraWave — a dedicated configuration based on controlled oscillatory movement.
The technology was evaluated in a separate instrumental study assessing its mechanical interaction with skin parameters.
VibraWave operates as an alternative mechanical concept within the Stratosphere system.
Compression & Vibration
mechanical interaction generated by rotation, pressure and friction
VibraWave
oscillatory, wave-based mechanical stimulation

Metal Monoblock Over a Bodysuit
Foundational ConceptStratosphere was originally engineered around the use of a rigid metal monoblock designed for application strictly over a dedicated textile bodysuit

Suit-based application is a foundation of Stratosphere, providing stable mechanical interaction without direct contact between the working elements and the skin.
The bodysuit enhances grip, eliminates the need for oils, and, based on our observations, supports a more controlled and hygienic treatment workflow
During the procedure, friction generated by the system may result in a localized increase in temperature in the treated area

The German-made Stratosphere device combines the mechanical technologies of compression, vibration and wave-based mechanical stimulation within a single system.

Compression
is generated primarily by the structural weight of the handpiece (approx. 3 kg), providing sustained mechanical pressure during movement

Vibration
is produced by the rotation of the interchangeable internal block inside the handpiece

Only mechanical interaction
No thermal, light-based or energy-based systems
Stratosphere supports 4 internal working configurations
Interchangeable Mechanical ConfigurationsEach modifying material rigidity, surface geometry and mechanical sensation

Silicone Block
Moderately elastic contact surface for direct skin application

Metal Monoblock
Rigid monolithic structure with fixed axes, designed for suit-based application. The block rotates as a whole while its axes remain fixed, generating friction against the bodysuit surface, which may contribute to localized warmth

PulseTouch
Hybrid construction combining elastic and rigid elements to create a pulsating mechanical sensation

Spiral Metal Block
Modified contact geometry. Based on company observations, provides a different sensory experience compared to the classic metal monoblock.

The metal and silicone configurations were evaluated within the clinical assessment of the system. Other configurations represent extended mechanical variations.

Performance is not just a number. It is a usable mechanical range
Stratosphere operates within a controlled rotational range of up to 800 RPM
The frequency can be adjusted by the practitioner to modify the level of mechanical stimulation and perceived intensity

A Stratosphere session is performed by a trained specialist
The intensity may be adjusted during the session based on practitioner assessment and client feedback
Documented OutcomesUnder Course-Based Application
Course-based application of the Stratosphere system has been associated with visible changes in skin texture and surface appearance in documented case examples
In the 2019 clinical evaluation, statistically significant changes were observed in:
Cellulite visibility score
Dermal density parameters
Skin thickness measurements
Results depend on individual characteristics and protocol structure. In internal focus-group feedback, higher-rigidity configurations were described as more intensive in mechanical sensation
Individual case documentation and client-provided before-and-after photography illustrate variation in visual outcomes
